VERSION 2 RELEASE

Heyyyy everyone! This is version 2 of ElementCattos Plus! Let's see what's been added:

• 
  I know you've all been on my ass about the UI size, so now the UI scale is set based on your screen resolution!
• Several bugs and crashes relating to zooming have been fixed! Also, zooming with 3+ fingers now works better!
• The web version now properly detects if you're using mobile! iOS players rejoice!
• Tools no longer need double clicking!
• Other miscellaneous fixes I forgot!
• The base game hasn't updated so there's no new content.
• This mod will probably be added to the base game when it does update next tbh.
